Mid-Year Book Freakout Tag // It’s (Pretty Much) Halfway Through 2018 and It’s Time to Panic and Talk About Books!!

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT’S THE END OF JUNE 2018 ALREADY??

How did this happen. I swear it was just January literally yesterday.

Last year (IT’S BEEN A YEAR AAAHH) I was tagged for this many times, but decided not to do it for whatever stupid reason I made up. So this year, before it was too late, I’ve decided to do this tag!

I was tagged by multiple people (and I don’t really remember who) so here’s the original post! I’m aware that all of these are singular, aka CHOOSE ONE THING, but do you know me? My indecisive butt can’t do that. So for a few of these questions (I’m lying, it’s all of them), I’ll be answering with more than one book!!

Pride Flag Book Tag // Spreading YA Queer Book Love Based on the Color Stripes & Meanings of the Pride Flag!!

It’s PRIDand I’m going to rainbow your day today!!

This tag was created by Common Spence over on YouTube, and that’s where I got the questions from. Please watch their video, they gave a bit of a history lesson and the books they mentioned are all A+!

Anyways, I’m SUPER excited to be doing this tag, because it’s kind of a salute to some of the community’s history and how the Pride flag was made, and I also get to talk about more queer books!!

Random note: It was super hard for me not to try and coordinate cover colors with the color that the question was talking about. Sometimes it happened unintentionally and it just made me angry that the other covers didn’t match!! It hurts my eyes!!!!

(Also, I added one more prompt to this tag, because I thought it important to include! If you do this tag and choose to use my added prompt, please note that it isn’t part of the original tag. Not because I want to make the creator look bad, but because I don’t want something being added without it clarified that it wasn’t part of the original!)

The 20 Questions Book Tag: Answering Questions All About Reading and Opinions and Dog-Earing (aka a Sin)

This must be an alternate universe where I actually do tags?

Or it’s just a universe where I have no inspiration for blog posts and do tags because I’m too lazy to think. Both are equally plausible.

(Also?? This was a post actually finished before the day I posted it??? And it’s impossibly, unbelievably scheduled????* wHo Am I?????)

Anyways, I felt in the mood to answer some questions so I decided to do a book tag I’ve been recently tagged in by the wonderful Swetlana @ The Caffeinated Bookworm Life, whose post you should definitely check out!!

*Update from future May: The post was scheduled… without any formatting, book covers, or a featured image. Of course.

The Unpopular Opinion Book Tag // Being Disappointed by Books is My Brand and I’m Here to Spill the Tea

It’s no lie that I get disappointed by a lot of books.

And that I’m slowly getting more and more critical each day. I mean, I can’t help that books disappoint me???? They just don’t live up to my expectations. AND THEY SHOULD.

I’ve actually been enjoying the books I’ve been reading recently (color me shocked), but I guess I’m just getting better at knowing which books I’ll love and which I’ll hate!! (It requires a lot of searching within myself and I’m not a fan.)

However: I still have many unpopular opinions and many things that I’m salty about, so of course, I decided to do the Unpopular Opinion Book Tag to talk about them all!!!

Also, I’m lazy and can’t be bothered to think of original content ideas right now, so why not just answer pre-made questions. I swear there was a time I was more creative than this but I honestly can’t think of when that was.

The Rising Author Tag // Talking About My Writing (?!), A Few Snippets (Ew), and a Short Intro to My WIP’s Main Character

In a surprising turn of events, I am doing a tag, and even more surprising: IT’S ABOUT WRITING.

Talking about my WIP??? Sharing (bad) snippets??? More likely than you think!!!

But seriously, I’m a bit nervous to be doing this even though no one will read this or care for… no reason? I mean, I’ve talked about my writing in the past but recently things havne’t been going so well soooo.

And I’ve also gotten very personal with my writing! My current WIP’s MC (WHICH YOU’LL GET A SHORT DESCRIPTION OF WOW) is really similar to me* and I have a problem with sharing things about me. But I will do it because she’s really cool, cooler than I’ll ever be.

So here’s a long post about random things concerning my writing!!

*Except she’s extroverted and NO.
