There are only three things I like analyzing: 1) goals, 2) food, and 3) books.
Y’ALL I’M SO EXCITED FOR THIS POST YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG I’VE BEEN WAITING TO DO THIS IT WAS SO MUCH FUN TO WRITE.
I’m sorry for being cringy but I rEALLY LIKE READING STATS OKAY.
I really love analyzing my reading stats, so today, I’m talking about my year of 2017 through BOOKS, aka my favorite things ever. It’s a HUGE post (because I had too much fun to stop), but hopefully you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it???
I’M SORRY. I’M JUST SO NERDY.
This is my LAST POST in my mini-series “Goodbye 2017”, and if you click on those words, you can read ALL the posts in it! (Because linking them all is tiring and I’m lazy.)

If you don’t know already, I LOVE goals.
I really don’t know why??? I think it’s because I’m pretty competitive, especially with myself. So I love to make goals and check them off and pretend I’m successful in life, when really, I am not.
Plus I have something to aim for! Instead of wandering around aimlessly and randomly, trying to figure out what to do in my life!
And if I fail at everything, it at least provides me with something amusing to laugh at, at the end of next year, wondering how the heck I thought I could succeed at any of this. (I have weird coping mechanisms???)
So to 1) pretend I’m successful, 2) give me SOME kind of purpose in life, and 3) have something to laugh at next year if I fail, here are my goals for the new year of 2018 (which is coming up way too soon who allowed this)!!!
This is my fourth (WHAT) post in my mini-series “Goodbye 2017”, which is the most unoriginal name you’ll ever find!! You can read the previous posts HERE (1), HERE (2), anddddd HERE (3). Go read them if you haven’t.

The holiday season is all about spreading joy & wearing Santa hats.
Okay, just kidding!!! For me, the holidays are all about spreading happiness & joy & love, and giving to others just like they give to you! (Even tho Santa hats are pretty cool. I’m wearing one right now.
Like I’ve said before, I celebrate Christmas non-religiously (since I’m not Christian), so everything I said above (including the Santa hats) is why I celebrate it! Also because Christmas trees are pretty & shiny and gifts are fun to give & get.
As you all PROBABLY know, Christmas was on Monday!! And there was also Hanukkah & Kwanzaa (not on Monday). I just want to wish a quick “Happy Holidays” to everyone, no matter what specific holiday you celebrate!
So, because I love to see what others get for birthdays, holidays, etc., I decided to do a gift haul!
I’m not at all trying to brag about what I got. I know that many people do not get gifts at all during the holiday season, or the holidays are a horrible time for them. (And to those people, I send extra hugs & mangoes.) I’m extremely grateful that I have the chance to receive gifts and also give them??
This is my third post in my mini-series “Goodbye 2017”!! (You can read the first & second installments HERE and HERE!) This post isn’t actually related to wrapping up 2017??? But I like gift hauls so I’m doing one.

In order to make myself feel like I’m not entirely useless, I have to look at everything I accomplished.
But I also have to look at everything I DIDN’T accomplish??? So that kind of cancels each other out because I’m stupid. BUT STILL. I can’t just be all optimistic because then I wouldn’t be very realistic. Also who is May without negativity.
Today I’m talking about some things I accomplished in 2017… and things I DIDN’T accomplish. I’m actually really surprised by all the things I achieved this year??? Like I thought I’d be a rotten cabbage* who sat around and did nothing except eat obsessively, but APPARENTLY NOT! Fortunately.
Also I probably accomplished more but yo you know what one of my non-accomplishments is?? NOT REMEMBERING THINGS.
This is the second installment in my “Goodbye 2017” series! You can read the first post HERE.
*I hate cabbage.

So if you know me, I like to do things BIG.
I like to scream about things and make a really big deal about stuff that really isn’t that important and also go out with a BANG. So of course, I’ve decided to make a little mini-series for the last two weeks of December (and a bit of January) called Goodbye 2017!!
Yes, I’m very original.
Basically, it’s going to be a mini-series of posts where I wrap up the year of 2017 & get ready for 2018!!
But today, I’m going to be reviewing my favorite (and least favorite) “moments” of 2017. Which will basically consist of me tearing my hair out for two days trying to remember what happened this year, because I remember NOTHING.
THANKFULLY the favorites outnumber the least favorites. (But I probably forgot a lot of things because I have the memory of a vegetable, which is none, because vegetables have no memories.)
